Types of Filters

In the web portal and mobile app, you will find different types of filters that will make it easier for you to get specific data.

Search 

Navigate to any page with the search filter in the web portal.

  • Type into the search box to match items from the list.
  • Click the Filter button.
  • Navigate to any screen with the search filter in the mobile app.
  • Click the Search button to unhide the search box.
  • Type in the search box to match the items in the list.
  • Click the Search button.
Date Range

Navigate to any page with the date range filter in the web portal.

  • Select from which date you want to filter the list.
  • Select to what date you want to filter the list.
  • Click the Filter button.
  • Navigate to any screen with the date range filter in the mobile app.
  • Select from which date you want to filter the list and click the Done or Ok button.
  • Select to what date you want to filter the list and click the Done or Ok button.
Dropdowns

Navigate to any page with the dropdown filter in the web portal.

  • Select from a dropdown which option you want to filter the list.
  • Click the Filter button.
Tags

Navigate to any page with the tags filter in the web portal.

  • Select one or more tags to filter the list.
  • Click the Filter button.
  • Navigate to any screen with the tags filter in the mobile app.
  • Click a tag to filter by tasks that contain the selected tag name.
  • You can combine one or more tags to filter.
  • Click the same tag for a second time to remove the filter.
Checkbox

Navigate to any page with the checkbox filter in the web portal.

  • Click the checkbox filter that you want to apply to the list.
  • Click the Filter button.
Overdue
  • Click the Overdue checkbox filter that you want to apply to the list.
  • Click the Filter button.
Assistance

Navigate to an active, completed, or canceled plan in the web portal. Please refer to Active Plans, Completed Plans or Canceled Plans.

  • Click the Assistance checkbox filter that you want to apply to the list.
  • Click the Filter button.
Status Button

The Status Buttons filters are available only in the mobile app. Navigate to an active, completed, or canceled plan to filter the list by the status of the tasks. Please refer to Active Plans, Completed Plans or Canceled Plans to learn how to navigate to each area.

Overdue Button
  • Click the Overdue button to filter by overdue tasks. Refer to Overdue Task.
  • Click the Overdue button to clear out the filter.
Not Started Button
  • Click the Not Started  button to filter by tasks that have not been started. Refer to Not Started Task.
  • Click the Not Started  button to clear out the filter.
Assistance Button
  • Click the Assistancebutton to filter by tasks that requires assistance. Refer to Require Assistance.
  • Click the Assistancebutton to clear out the filter.
In Progress Button
  • Click the In Progress button to filter by tasks in progress. Refer to Task in Progress.
  • Click the In Progress button to clear out the filter.
Done Button
  • Click the Done button to filter by completed tasks. Refer to Completed Task.
  • Click the Done button to clear out the filter.
Refresh

Navigate to any page in the web portal.

  • Click the Refresh button to update the data on the page.
  • Navigate to any screen in the mobile app.
  • Scroll down the screen.
Apply Multiple Filters

Navigate to any page with multiple filters in the web portal.

  • If the list has one or more filters, you can combine them.
  • Select one or more filters.
  • Click the Filter button.
