Role Access

The User and Supervisor role are available to assign to the personnel of the client. Each role has different levels of permissions.

Role User
  • The user role has access to the mobile application.
  • Permission to view information of tasks assigned that belongs to active plans. Example: See the task history
  • Permission to perform actions in tasks assigned that belongs to active plans. Example: Request assistance
  • Permission to receive, view, and respond to notifications.
Role Supervisor
  • The supervisor role has access to the web portal and mobile application.
  • Permission to view information of inactive, active, completed, and canceled plans from the web portal and mobile application. Example: See the gallery
  • Permission to edit information of inactive and active plans from the web portal and mobile application. Example: Add location.
  • Permission to perform actions in inactive and active plans from the web portal and mobile application. Example: Activate, complete, or cancel a plan.
  • Permission to view information of tasks that belongs to inactive, active, completed, or canceled plans from the web portal and mobile application. Example: See task description.
  • Permission to edit information of tasks that belongs to inactive and active plans from the web portal and mobile application. Example: Edit description.
  • Permission to perform actions in tasks that belongs to inactive and active plans from the web portal and mobile application. Example: Assign users to a task.
  • Permissions to create, edit, and send notifications only from the mobile application. Example: Send notification via text message.
  • Permission to receive, view, and respond to notifications only from the mobile application.
