The push notifications are available only in the mobile app.

Supervisors receive push notifications depending on actions performed on plans and tasks.

  • When a plan is activated, all supervisors and users should receive a notification.
  • When a plan is canceled, all supervisors and users should receive a notification.
  • When a plan is completed, supervisors and assigned users should receive a notification.
  • When a task is started, supervisors and assigned users should receive a notification.
  • When a task is completed, supervisors and assigned users should receive a notification.
  • When a task requires assistance, supervisors and assigned users should receive a notification.
  • When a task does not require assistance, supervisors and assigned users should receive a notification.
  • When a person sends a message in the chat, supervisors and assigned users should receive a notification.
  • When a person shares a photo or file via chat, supervisors and assigned users should receive a notification.
  • When a person sends a response, supervisors and assigned users should receive a notification.
  • When a person is assigned a task, it should receive a notification.
