Login and Logout
The Login area allows you to gain access to the platform by using credentials. When access is no longer needed,
you can log out at any time to protect the account’s information or to prevent unauthorized actions.
Login
- Access the web portal.
- Access the mobile app.
- Enter the email address and password associated with your account.
- Click the Login button to validate your credentials and access the application.
Log Out
- To logout from the web portal click the profile picture to open a drop-down menu with the options: Profile, Change Password, and Logout.
- Click the Logout button to log out of the application.
- To logout from the mobile app click the Logout button on the side-menu to close the session.
