Role Access
The user or supervisor role can be assigned to customer personnel.
Role User
- The user has access only to the mobile application.
- Permission to view information of tasks assigned that belongs to active plans. Example: See the task history
- Permission to perform actions in tasks assigned that belongs to active plans. Example: Request assistance
- Permission to receive, view, and respond to notifications.
Role Supervisor
- The supervisor has access to the web portal and mobile application.
- Permission to view information of inactive, active, completed and canceled plans. Example: See the gallery
- Permission to perform actions in inactive and active plans. Example: Activate, complete, or cancel a plan
- Permission to view information of tasks that belongs to inactive, active, completed, or canceled plans. Example: See task description
- Permission to edit information of tasks that belongs to inactive and active plans. Example: Edit description
- Permission to perform actions in tasks that belongs to inactive and active plans. Example: Assign users to a task
- Permissions to create, edit, and send notifications only from the mobile application. Example: Send notification via text message
- Permission to receive, view, and respond to notifications only from the mobile application.
