Non-Automatic and Automatic Task
Non-automatic tasks are tasks that must be activated manually or schedule to activate, while automatic tasks are tasks that will activate automatically when a supervisor activates a plan.
Non-Automatic Task
- Create or edit a plan. Please refer to Create Plan or Edit Plan.
- Create a new task or select an existing one.
- Click the Activate Automatically switch toggle to deactivate .
- Click the Create or Update button.
- Non-automatic tasks can be selected to activate when activating a plan. Only supervisors can activate a plan.
- Supervisors can edit the description, location, assign users, assign groups, remove users, and remove groups in a non-automatic task.
Automatic Task
- Create or edit a plan. Please refer to Create Plan or Edit Plan.
- Create a new task or select an existing one.
- Click the Activate Automatically switch toggle to activate .
- Click the Create or Update button.
- Automatic tasks cannot be scheduled.
- Supervisors can edit the description, location, assign users, assign groups, remove users, and remove groups in an automatic task.
